Description

This Principal cohort will meet once a month to explore how effective principals deal with the multiple roles and responsibilities of a Vermont building leader, balancing the practical daily issues while impacting student learning. Vermont’s leading experts, from the Secretary of Education to experts in school improvement, resource management, school safety, school law and school finance present to this cohort, giving these principals a personal connection to leaders in Vermont education.

Cost: $1900 – w/4 St. Michael's graduate credits, all meals and TWO books, $1350 – w/o credits

(Payments Post July 1 is Expected for FY25-26 Events)

One Full Day Meeting Per Month Dates: 9/16, 10/14, 11/13, 12/11, 1/12, 2/18, 3/19, 4/13, 5/11

Note: Over the past several years, there have been enough participants to run two sections of this course offering. If that is the case again for 2025-26, then we have held the following dates for the second group and if we do run two groups, participants can opt to attend either of the dates as needed each month. The second set of dates (if needed) are: 9/17, 10/16, 11/14, 12/12, 1/14, 2/19, 3/20, 4/14, 5/12.
