From the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) the VPA brings you Leading People Through Change. Too often, employees suffer because leaders fail to understand the stages they go through during a change. This workshop kit focuses on communication, collaboration, and commitment to help ensure that your leaders can align their team, peers, boss, and organization with their change efforts.

Participants will learn how to:

• Drive progress on a real change they are currently leading
• Explore and manage their own change preferences
• Understand and recognize the process of change and transition
• Leverage the power of CCL’s 3 Cs of change — Communication, Collaboration, and Commitment
• Identify and collaborate with stakeholders during change
• Apply key lessons to any organizational change challenge

March 26th, 2026: VPA's Lessons in Leadership with Ted Lasso

8:30am to 3:30pm, Lunch included

Positive culture shaped by school personnel has never been more important and lays the foundation for everyone’s success. Participants in this full day workshop will be inspired to apply 6 high leverage, research based practices from Ted Lasso and other great leadership researchers to optimize your school culture where everyone thrives. We will take a look at Ted Lasso’s play book of Knowing Your Why,  The Power of Trust, The Power of Inspiring, Growing Your People, Relationships, Servant Leadership and Collective Efficacy. Participants will engage in reflection, meaningful dialogue with colleagues and laughter.
