This course is designed for educational leaders who want to enhance their leadership skills in managing energy, building trust, and effective communication. Through a combination of provided content, discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will develop a deep understanding of key leadership concepts and strategies related to belonging, core values, budgets, trauma-informed school practices, supervision and evaluation, hiring, retention, recruitment, data-driven decision making, and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) planning. The course will provide opportunities for participants to reflect on their own leadership practices and develop action plans to implement in their educational settings. $1,500 includes 3 VSU graduate credits, 45 hours of professional learning and all lunches provided
