Leadership in Education, VPA Course 2.0

Description

This course is designed for educational leaders who want to enhance their leadership skills in managing energy, building trust, and effective communication. Through a combination of provided content, discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will develop a deep understanding of key leadership concepts and strategies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), core values, budgets, trauma-informed school practices, supervision and evaluation, hiring, retention, recruitment, data-driven decision making, and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) planning. The course will provide opportunities for participants to reflect on their own leadership practices and develop action plans to implement in their educational settings. Audience: Vermont School Leaders
Pricing

$1,500 includes 3 VSU graduate credits, 45 hours of professional learning and all lunches provided 

(Payments Post July 1 is Expected for FY24-25 Events)
