Leading Vermont Schools, 2026-27

Description

This new leader's cohort will meet once a month to explore how effective school leaders deal with the multiple roles and responsibilities of a Vermont building leader, balancing the practical daily issues while impacting student learning. Vermont’s leading experts, from the Secretary of Education to experts in school improvement, resource management, school safety, school law and school finance present to this cohort, giving these leaders a personal connection to leaders in Vermont education.

Time

All Dates Include light breakfast and lunch

First Meeting Date: 9/15/26

One Full Day Meeting Per Month Dates: 9/15/26,10/13/26, 11/10/26, 12/10/26, 1/12/27, 2/18/27, 3/15/27, 4/12/27, 5/11/27, 6/7/27

NOTE: On the first day (9/15) we will take a poll among the group to see if any dates need to be shifted based on majority needs of the group. 

Pricing

Cost: $1900 – w/4 St. Michael's graduate credits, all meals and TWO books, $1350 – w/o credits

(Payments Post July 1 is Expected for FY25-26 Events)
