Description

This workshop is a half-day workshop that has also been widely well received among school leaders in Vermont. It concentrates on helping participants identify their most important values and recognize that conflict is often, at its root, a difference in emphasis on given values. It is an interactive workshop where participants get to explore strategies and their own real world conflicts with immediate take aways.
