Waddington Re-Ignite

Description

The VPA's Waddington Re‑Ignite is a yearlong, cohort‑based experience designed specifically for alumni of the Waddington Leadership Initiative to reconnect with their Waddington learning and refuel their leadership. We will meet in-person four times. Participants will engage in facilitated reflections with different options for 360 feedback tools, collaborate in small peer groups, and apply VPA and CCL‑aligned tools to real, current challenges in their schools and districts. 

This opportunity is intended to strengthen Vermont’s school leadership capacity by helping experienced leaders sustain purpose, relationships, and effectively change work over time. Participants will also have the chance to meet with an executive coach three times over the course of the school year. 

Who is eligible? Anyone who has completed a Waddington cohort

  • For all Vermont Principals’ Association professional learning events, the VPA must receive notice of any cancellation at least 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this 10‑day deadline will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total registration cost, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be invoiced at 100%.
